Your entries and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and source of information you enter. The software cannot independently confirm that a saved plan matches your current professional instructions.
No guarantees
The app is provided as available. There is no guarantee that calculations, reminders, exports, imports, browser notifications, content, account sync, or device caching will be error-free, uninterrupted, preserved, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Storage and sync limitations
Records sync through the account service and are cached on signed-in devices. Network failures may delay updates, and simultaneous changes on multiple devices may cause the newest saved copy to replace an older one. Records may also be accessible to other users of your browser profile. Export files are your responsibility to secure.
Accounts and administration
The account service stores identity, sign-in, security, activity, and encrypted tracker records as described in the privacy notice. Administration tools are limited to account metadata, aggregate resource-click activity, account deletion, and password-reset assistance; they do not display tracker contents.
Reasonable limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site owner and contributors are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on the app, inaccurate entries, missed reminders, delayed sync, lost data, third-party services, or use outside the stated purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so local rights may still apply.
