An organizer—not medical advice

The tracker stores and displays what you enter. It does not decide what you should take or what a symptom means.

Information is not automatically verified

The app cannot know whether a saved entry is accurate or current. Compare it with the original label or professional instructions whenever accuracy matters.

Notifications do not approve changes

A date arriving never means a higher dose is appropriate. Time passed, adherence, age, weight, or inventory cannot trigger or imply approval for a change.

Missed-dose instructions come from a professional source

Follow your prescription label or contact your clinician or pharmacist for instructions. Do not double a dose unless specifically instructed. The tracker does not reschedule medication after a missed entry.

The tracker is not emergency support

The app does not diagnose a reaction or recommend lowering, stopping, or changing a dose. Do not delay appropriate care while entering or reviewing tracker records.

Urgent symptoms

Seek urgent medical assistance if you are experiencing severe symptoms, trouble breathing, fainting, confusion, chest pain, or signs of a serious allergic reaction. Do not use this application during an emergency.

Expiration and supply displays are limited

Never use an inventory estimate as a substitute for checking the actual container. Do not use expired medication. Confirm expiration, beyond-use, storage, and refill questions with the pharmacy.

When to stop using the tracker

If the tracker conflicts with a label, clinician instruction, pharmacist instruction, or emergency guidance, use the authoritative source and correct the tracker later. If stored records could expose you to privacy risk, export what you need and delete the tracker data from your account.
