Six clear steps

How the tracker works

A private workspace for organizing the plan you already received—not creating a new one.

1. Enter an existing plan

Copy the product name, recorded dose, unit, frequency, dates, and label directions from your prescription label or another source you are responsible for verifying. A required confirmation keeps the source boundary visible.

2. Record scheduled dates

Choose the schedule format that matches your existing instructions: daily, selected weekdays, or specific custom dates. The tracker uses these entries only to display dates and reminders.

3. Log completed doses

Record completed, missed, delayed, or instructed skips. The log does not change later dates or tell you to compensate for a missed event.

Missed dose? Follow your prescription label or contact your clinician or pharmacist for instructions. Do not double a dose unless specifically instructed.

4. Track inventory

Inventory entries keep container size and unit, storage location, expiration date, estimated remaining amount, and notes together. Every remaining-supply value is clearly labeled as an estimate.

5. Review reminders

Open the dashboard to see reminders based on saved dates. A reminder does not change the plan or approve a new dose.

6. Export or delete local information

Download a JSON backup before moving devices or clearing browser data. Imports are validated before merge or replacement. The Settings area also provides a confirmed delete-all action.
